Summary

SAML single sign-on so enterprise customers can sign in through their own identity provider.

Problem

Every teammate signs in with a separate password. When someone leaves the company, their account stays active until an admin remembers to remove it, and access reviews are manual.

Scenarios
  • When an admin uploads their IdP metadata, the workspace can enforce SAML for their domain.
  • When a member visits sign-in, they are redirected to their company IdP and back.
  • When a member is removed from the IdP, their next sign-in is blocked.
Acceptance criteria
A workspace admin can configure SAML with Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
Once enforced, password sign-in is rejected for the verified domain.
Out of scope
  • SCIM user provisioning and multiple identity providers per workspace.
